The company has a sales backlog worth approximately 4,900 million Baht (65% expected to be transferred this year) and total inventory worth  62,577 million Baht, supporting business growth for up to 2.5 years.

Earlier in August, Pruksa streamlined its organization by appointing senior executives to enhance its construction and precast businesses, increasing flexibility for each unit to independently manage and plan their operations. Under the brand “Inno Home Construction,” it is currently the largest low-rise housing construction company in Thailand, offering one-stop construction services for landowners. The company has a revenue backlog of approximately 2,800 million Baht. Meanwhile, “Inno Precast” operates the largest green precast factory in Thailand and is expanding its production capacity to support condominium construction. It is the first and only precast factory in Thailand certified with the Carbon Footprint Reduction (CFR) label, with a current revenue backlog of approximately 4,300 million Baht.

Moreover, Pruksa aims to expand its real estate business comprehensively by launching “Wizlah TH,” an all-inclusive e-marketplace for interior decoration. This venture is a joint effort with “Sunray Group,” Singapore’s largest integrated design, construction, and interior decoration company. The Wizlah Super App, branded as “Wizlah TH,” will act as a platform connecting architects and customers, becoming part of the home decoration ecosystem. The app utilizes AI, AR, and 3D technology to simulate interior design and place furniture in a realistic 3D format, allowing customers to visualize their spaces clearly before purchasing, thus addressing customer concerns about not being able to see and touch the products. Additionally, in the built-in and fit-in furniture services, Pruksa uses factory-standard technology for quick on-site installation. Customers can customize sizes and order products that fit perfectly in their spaces, with the assurance of 100% completion as architects oversee the project from start to finish.

“Wizlah TH, the Wizlah Super App, will be a one-stop platform for home design inspiration and services. It will feature the largest collection of work from Thailand’s top architects, designers, and landscape architects. Customers can explore home decoration information, ideas, and inspiration, and shop for smart furniture and home decor products, transforming home design into an easy task at their fingertips. Furthermore, we are extending this new comprehensive platform to Pruksa home buyers as well,” added Mr. Uten.
