Mitihoon – Bangkok 28 October 2024 – Tokio Marine Life Insurance (Thailand) Plc. reinforces its leadership in health insurance innovation with the launch of new service, offering access to online doctor consultation (telemedicine) services via “MorDee” application. This initiative aims to elevate customer healthcare by making it easier, more convenient, and faster, without concerns over costs. The service includes the following key features:

  • online doctor consultations on physical health anytime, anywhere via smartphone
  • immediately claim for doctor fees and medication fees under the OPD coverage as specified in the insurance policy without having to pay in advance
  • medicine delivery service direct to home or any desired location nationwide (free delivery service offered by MorDee (T&C apply)).

Tokio Marine Life Insurance’s group insurance customers can now consult doctors via online, get medication delivery and insurance claim through MorDee application by simply downloading and setting up as following steps.

  1. download the MorDee application via Apps Store / Play Store or click https://mordee.app.link/7me4in9appb, then register
  2. connect group insurance right by selecting “Tokio Marine Life Insurance” and fill information.
  3. Verify your identity by taking a straight-on photo of yourself and a photo of your ID card or passport.

Steps to find a doctor online via the “MorDee” application are as follows:

  1. Search for a department by selecting the search bar in the Home menu of the app
  2. Choose a doctor or specialist marked with Tokio Marine Life Insurance logo
  3. Make an appointment with a doctor by select date and time, then choose to consult via “video call” to comply with insurance claim condition.
  4. During the payment step, select “Payment/Privileges” and then choose “Tokio Marine Life Insurance” to claim insurance without having to pay in advance
  5. Consult a doctor and get medication by entering the chat room in the app to consult a doctor at the appointed time. Then wait for the conclusion of the consultation and receive medication at home.
