KTC Partners with Thammasat University to Launch Internship Program for a Digital Driven Future

Mitihoon  –  KTC is proud to announce the signing of an academic cooperation agreement with the Faculty of Social Administration at Thammasat University to launch a project focused on developing skills for 3rd and 4th-year students. KTC is the first private organization honored to help students prepare for the workforce. Students will gain hands-on experience working alongside KTC staff during their internships and develop essential modern workplace skills through lectures and workshops led by KTC executives and business partners.
Ms. Piyasuda Kwaennonsee, Head of Human Resources at Krungthai Card Public Company Limited (KTC), stated, “KTC is dedicated to empowering students, particularly those in their 3rd and 4th years, to prepare for the challenges of the digital workforce. This initiative equips students with essential work skills, analytical thinking, and self-development abilities, including teamwork, communication, and fostering a positive attitude toward collaboration, ensuring they are ready for professional life. We sincerely hope this initiative provides students with a solid foundation to apply their knowledge and experience confidently and happily in the workforce.”
On the Thammasat University side, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Auschala Chalayonnavin, Dean of the Faculty of Social Administration, said, “In today’s world, acquiring skills beyond the classroom curriculum is crucial, particularly in areas like digital banking, cyber awareness, communication, critical thinking, and social skills. These abilities are vital for preparing students to thrive in a competitive job market. With over 265 students in Thai and English programs, the Faculty of Social Work benefits greatly from this collaboration, providing students with real-world experience from financial industry experts and equipping them with critical skills for their future careers.”
