Mitihoon – Thai Credit Bank Public Company Limited has achieved another milestone with its “Tang To Know-how” project by winning the Leading ESG Award in Social Product category at Future Trends Award 2025. The award was received by Mr. Roy Agustinus Gunara, Chief Executive Officer, and Mr. Sarawooth Savejnarong, First Executive Vice President of Human Resources and ESG and ESMS Officer, at the ceremony held on February 27, 2025 at BHIRAJ Hall, Bitec BURI.
Throughout its eight-year journey, the project has created significant impact by transforming 284 branches nationwide into financial learning centers, where branch managers serve as both instructors and advisors, bringing the knowledge directly to communities. This initiative has reached over 250,000 training participants and engaged more than 270,000 followers across digital platforms.
The project’s excellence has been recognized through several prestigious national awards such as;
- First Runner-up Award for National Leadership in Rural Development and Poverty Eradication from the Ministry of Interior
- Outstanding CSR Award from the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security
- “Sustainable Knowledge Creation” Award from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)
Entering its ninth year, the bank launches the “Less Debt, More Wealth, Business Health” campaign, focusing on holistic financial management development, targeting 66,000 participants in 2025.
“This project reflects our bank’s commitment to elevating the quality of life for small business owners and people through financial education, aligning with our philosophy of ‘Everyone Matters’. We believe that promoting financial literacy is fundamental to the sustainable development of Thailand’s grassroots economy,” said Mr. Roy.
