Recently, Miss Janejit Ladpli, Head of Public and Corporate Affairs Division at KTC, led a session under the Knowledge Sharing framework titled ‘Mastering Social Etiquette for Sales Success,’ attended by 50 members of the Bank Relations team.  The training emphasized cultivating a professional communication image, including techniques for personal grooming, appropriate business attire, personality development, professional comportment, and contemporary social etiquette practices.

Miss Janejit underscored that social etiquette is not merely a formality but a reflection of genuine care, respect, and emotional intelligence within every interaction—whether through verbal communication, greetings, or dining manners.  She highlighted that cultivating self-awareness and valuing oneself are fundamental to building authentic confidence, which, in turn, positively influences how others perceive and respond to an individual.
