KTC Achieves Milestone: Thailand’s Top Corporate Brand Value 2023 Award Secured with 92,899 Million Baht Brand Value.

Mitihoon – Mrs. Pittaya Vorapanyasakul (left), President & Chief Executive Officer, “KTC” or Krungthai Card Public Company Limited, received the award for the highest corporate brand value in the finance & securities category for 2023 presented by Prof. Wilert  Puriwat, D.Phil. (Oxon),(right) Dean of CBS, Chulalongkorn University. KTC secured a brand value of 92,899 million baht, earning the prestigious Thailand’s Top Corporate Brand Value 2023 award. This marks the 5th time that KTC has received such an award at the ASEAN and Thailand’s Top Corporate Brands 2023 event. Prof. Emeritus Guntalee Ruenrom, Ph.D. and Asst. Prof. Ake Pattaratanakun, Ph.D., Head of Marketing Department, CBS., Chulalongkorn University, initiated the event and conducted research titled “Measuring the Value and Ranking of Corporate Brands in ASEAN and Thailand.” They joined in expressing congratulations during the ceremony at Chulalongkorn University Auditorium.

The ASEAN and Thailand’s Top Corporate Brand award is an integral component of the research conducted by Chulalongkorn Business School’s Master in Branding and Marketing (MBM), in collaboration with the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), and Manager Online Media. CBS Valuation is Thailand’s first corporate brand value evaluation tool to encourage business executives to prioritize corporate brand value as a means to achieve long-term sustainable success. Corporate brand valuation is calculated from an average of the company’s financial statements in SET out of 3 years, with an integration of marketing, finance, and accounting concepts to ensure impartial corporate brand value represented by financial figures.
