Mitihoon – Krungthai Card Public Company Limited (KTC) recently held its second Six Sigma Green Belt training, led by Ms. Chanidapa Suriya, Head of Customer Service and Business Support, and a certified Master Black Belt from the Global Six Sigma Experts Institute, USA.
The training, conducted at KTC’s Main Conference Room, 11th floor, UBC II building, aimed to equip executives with advanced skills in business process management. By applying Six Sigma principles, the training focused on improving customer satisfaction, reducing operational costs, and driving overall organizational profitability.
