Thaioil won Two Prestigious Awards at the Thailand People Management and Well-Being Forum: Award Ceremony and Best Practices Sharing

Mitihoon – Recently, Thaioil Public Company Limited, under the leadership of Mr. Nuttapon Meerit, Acting Executive Vice President of Organization Effectiveness, along with Ms. Suchada Deechaiya, Vice President of People and Organization Excellence, Ms. Benjawan Poompruek, Manager of People and Organization Excellence Strategy, and Ms. Sukulya Veeradechapol, Manager of HR and Finance, received prestigious recognition from the Personnel Management Association of Thailand. Thaioil was honored with two awards: the People Management Award (Platinum Level), which included a congratulatory message from Ms. Sudkanung Kambarat, President of Personnel Management Association of Thailand, on behalf of Air Chief Marshal Chalit Pukbhasuk, Privy Councilor, and the Well-being Organization Award, presented by Assoc. Prof. Wilert Puriwat, President of Chulalongkorn University. The awards were presented at the Thailand People Management and Well-Being Forum: Award Ceremony and Best Practices Sharing, held at the Dusit Thani Hotel in Bangkok.

The People Management Award is in recognition of its comprehensive and standardized human resource management system, covering all aspects from recruitment to retirement. This reflects the company’s commitment to integrating people management with organizational governance to achieve sustainable success. Thai Oil was honored with the Well-being Organization Award for its dedication to enhancing employee well-being under the “Happy Employees, Happy Company” philosophy.

The award ceremony was organized in collaboration with the Personnel Management Association of Thailand, the Faculty of Medicine at Chulalongkorn University, and the Thai Listed Companies Association. The event aimed to encourage both public and private sector organizations to enhance their human resource management practices and develop employee potential in all dimensions, fostering sustainable growth in alignment with organizational advancement and global standards.
