Mitihoon – Generali Thailand builds on its brand campaign’s success to further enhance awareness, launching the second season with Salmon House to introduce ‘Thoom Thay, The Series’. The new ad conveys the concept of ‘Dedicated to Protect Your Love,’ highlighting the Generali team’s commitment to reinforcing its position as a global insurance brand with best-in-class service. The campaign will run across online and Out-of-Home media nationwide.
Ms. Chorfa Yuktanun, Chief Marketing and Customer Officer of Generali Thailand, said, “Building on the success of last year’s Brand Campaign strategy, the Compliment Gossip advertisement highlighted the identity of a world-class Italian insurance provider—approaching its 200th year in business, with strong financial stability and global customer trust. The easy-to-digest content and approach received a good response, boosted brand awareness, and generated positive buzz around the ‘Generali’ brand.
To further reinforce its strategic success, Generali Thailand has partnered with Salmon House to create a new advertisement series, ‘Thoom Thay, The Series,’ centered around the concept of ‘Dedicated to Protect Your Love.’ The series offers behind-the-scenes stories from the insurance company, highlighting Generali’s philosophy and Customer FIRST approach. It showcases the brand’s genuine commitment to delivering its customers the best products and services, featuring lead actor Nat Kitcharit and his friends to tell the story.
The three-episode advertisement series blends humor and sincerity to connect with the target audience. Episode 1, “Thoom Thay,” portrays the thoughts of a Generali employee dedicated to finding new ways to serve customers. Episode 2, “Best in Class Claim Service,” shares a heartwarming experience of a Generali customer benefiting from a quick, easy claims process. Episode 3, “Customer FIRST,” highlights how customer feedback drives service improvements to ensure the best care.
“The heart of the Generali brand is ‘Protect Your Love.’ This ad series was created to showcase Generali’s unwavering commitment and dedication to its goal of putting customers first, focusing on continuous improvement, and delivering the best services. “Generali Thailand is set to launch the advertisement series at the end of Q1 2025, targeting younger customers through online platforms like TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. The campaign will also be featured on Out of Home media, including digital billboards on the Skytrain and other locations across Bangkok and 13 provinces. This effort aims to reinforce Generali’s brand story as an ‘Insurance Company Dedicated to Protect Your Love,’ further increasing recognition and understanding.”
